There are always opportunities for people to be involved in Better Care Together to help shape and deliver health and care services in LLR.
The following engagement is live for you to get involved:
Thank you for everyone who attended our events in October and November to talk about our proposals for the future. The presentation and easy read presentation show the proposed improvements to NHS services in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland including the plans for the hospitals and maternity services in Leicester.
Many people raised questions which we have and continue to answer.

Building on the events we will shortly be announcing further engagement activities for 2019. Watch this space.
We would love to hear from you if you would like to join our Patient and Public Engagement Group.
Or, could your organisation host a BCT engagement event in the 2019 to help spread the word.
Or, join our mailing list to be kept up to date with the work of BCT partners.
“In the 70th year of the NHS it is absolutely right to look at how we deliver services to ensure the safety and care of the people in LLR. While resources are an underpinning factor in all we do, this is also about how and where care is delivered and the relationship between health and care services and communities. It is essential that patients and the public are involved in these discussions with us.” Evan Rees, chairman of the Better Care Together Public and Patient Involvement Group.
