Health and care champions Healthwatch Leicester, Healthwatch Leicestershire and Healthwatch Rutland have launched a ‘What would you do?’ campaign to encourage people across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to share their views about what local NHS services should look like.
Their campaign compliments the engagement work undertaken by Better Care Together partners, aiming to encourage people to share their views about local NHS services.
The Government is investing £20 billion a year in the NHS as part of the NHS Long Term Plan.
Local people are being asked to explore how services should change locally to make the NHS work better.
The three Healthwatch organisations want to hear from people about what works, what doesn’t work and how people think local health services should be improved.
Share your views with Healthwatch LLR and help make care better. There are two public surveys to capture your views and you can fill in one or both of them.
1. What would you do to give people more control over their care?
2. What would you do to give people better support?
The insights that Healthwatch capture will contribute to the insights that NHS partners are capturing from conversations with communities and will help shape what improvements and changes to services will look like.
