Our Framework
The Better Care Together Improvement Framework is a free toolkit and resource for organisations and individuals across the LLR System. The framework contains a range of tools and initiatives that can help support change activity.
The BCT Improvement Framework aims to provide a resource for all across LLR to lead and manage change in a consistent way whether it is for a small project or a complex, multi-faceted one. It looks at three core components – purpose, systems working and quality improvement. Underpinning these components are a range of resources and tools to enable those working with change to lead this effectively using the best methods consistently.

We know that new ways of working can take time to establish, getting there can be messy and confusing, and it can be a bit tempting to roll our eyes and give up.
But for patients and service users it really matters that we continue to beresilient and that we find a way through, even though it won’t always be easy.
